No, no... It doesn't mean that the Black Eyed Peas is no more... But "the E.N.D" is their new Album, Release date still unknown but I think it will be release on 2009, tee hee..
The E.N.D stands for The Energy Never Dies. FYI, this is their 4th studio album, still based on hip hop and catchy rhythm. I hope there will be a new hits greater than "My Humps"..=)
